Alexander is not a member of RED, BLU or BLK.
Yes, he wearing blue shirt and jeans (like BLU member). But he is a member of mercenary organisation S.C.O.P.E., which is neutral for all teams (because it's never participated in that conflict).
S.C.O.P.E. members generally take up the causes, which military wouldn't take (for example eliminating dictatorships in the Third World)
